Thank you for your interest in becoming an affiliate for Cypress Grove Apparel. Our affiliate program is designed to reward you for promoting our high-quality clothing products and driving sales through your unique affiliate links. Below, you will find the terms and conditions that govern our affiliate program.
Eligibility Requirements
To join our affiliate program, you must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
- Platform Ownership: You must have an active website, blog, or social media account with a significant following.
- Content Quality: Your platform must contain original content and should not promote or contain offensive, violent, or illegal content.
- Location: Our affiliate program is open to participants worldwide, but you must comply with all applicable laws in your country of residence.
Commission Structure
As an affiliate, you will earn a commission on each sale generated through your unique affiliate links. Our standard commission rates are as follows:
- Tiered commission structure: start earning at a 10% commission rate with upward mobility all the way to 20%.
- Bonus commissions for top performers and during special promotional periods.
Commissions are calculated based on the net sales amount, excluding shipping, taxes, and any discounts applied at checkout.
If the payout of a commission would result in negative returns for any reason (e.g., if the commission amount exceeds the net profit from the sale), we reserve the right to reduce the commission accordingly to avoid a loss. This adjustment ensures the sustainability of our affiliate program and benefits all participants in the long run.
Cookie Duration
We use cookies to track referrals. Our cookie duration is 30 days, meaning you will receive credit for any purchases made within 30 days of the initial click on your affiliate link.
Payout Terms
- Payment Threshold: You must earn a minimum of $20 in commissions before payments are issued.
- Payment Frequency: Commissions are paid out on the 1st of each month for the previous month's earnings.
- Payment Method: Payments are made via Venmo or PayPal. Ensure your Venmo or PayPal account information is up to date in your affiliate account settings.
Product Purchase and Eligibility for Free Products
- Initial Purchase Requirement: Affiliates are required to purchase their own Cypress Grove Apparel clothing to start promoting our products. This ensures affiliates have first-hand experience with our quality and style.
- Exemption for Large Audiences: Affiliates with an exceptionally large following or audience may be exempt from the initial purchase requirement. Please contact our affiliate support team to discuss eligibility for this exemption.
- Eligibility for Free Products: After achieving $250 in referred sales, affiliates become eligible to receive free products. This is our way of thanking you for your successful promotion and continued support of our brand.
Promotional Guidelines
To ensure a positive brand image and maintain compliance with our standards, affiliates must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Accurate Representation: You must accurately represent our brand and products. Do not make false or misleading claims.
- Prohibited Activities: Do not engage in spamming, unethical marketing practices, or use coupon sites. Affiliates found in violation will be removed from the program.
- Brand Assets: You may use the provided banners, logos, and promotional materials. Any custom content must be approved by us prior to use.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- Inactivity for more than 6 months.
- Any action that brings Cypress Grove Apparel into disrepute.
Changes to the Affiliate Program
Cypress Grove Apparel reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes via email and updates will be posted on our website.
Confidentiality
As an affiliate, you agree to keep all information regarding our affiliate program confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, commission rates, business strategies, and sales data.
